Buying service

Our London offices provide a buying service to a select number of clients. Our sole objective is to ensure that these clients secure the best property on the most favourable terms.

The internet has made the provision of information much easier, but it is surprising that there is still a high number of off-market transactions carried out each year. As well as identifying opportunities for our clients, we will advise on property value. We will negotiate a hard but fair deal on their behalf, and this is something we have been doing for years.

We accept instructions from clients who wish to search in the following areas: Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington and South Kensington, Holland Park and Notting Hill Gate.
