• Negotiating the rent and term of the tenancy, including taking references
• Preparing the tenancy agreement and collecting the deposit

• Collecting the rent and managing expenses
• Negotiating the extension of the tenancy
• Managing the formalities at the end of the tenancy

Property management

We offer a full management service and become the tenant's point of contact on behalf of the landlord for any queries, concerns and management matters. We organise and advise upon any necessary repairs via a reputable contractor. We also arrange and oversee remedial work, if required, at the end of the tenancy, to ensure that the property is returned to its pre-tenancy condition.
