Residential development

In addition to the sale of new homes, we have a Residential Development Department that delivers a specialised service to landowners wishing to unlock the value of their existing land or to find other viable sites for development.

The team works closely with our local offices to provide advice to landowners on all aspects of the development process - from the initial identification of a site, through the marketing, planning and legal stages, to final implementation of a consent.

Our ultimate aim is to achieve the optimal development value of our clients' land and often this involves working with multiple landowners over a period of years, because the most viable development depends on an amalgamation of neighbouring sites.

Increasingly we are able to advise landowners on how to optimise value on a risk-free basis, by introducing them to some of our existing contacts who specialise in winning ambitious planning consents on sites where traditional house builders are less inclined to get involved.
